It would be interesting to talk face to face with President Putin in a psychoanalyst’s office, put him through a polygraph, ask him uncomfortable questions, of which there are already many. Therefore, we will limit ourselves to the analysis of publicly available, completely open sources (however, such self-restraint did not save Igor Sutyagin, a researcher at the Institute of the USA and Canada of the Russian Academy of Sciences, from absurd accusations) . After all, in fact, we don’t really need to consult secret KGB certificates in order to form our opinion about the object of our research. Much is already in plain sight.
