It’s no secret that every day, more and more often, drivers are faced with arbitrariness and abuse of power by traffic police officers. This is partly due to the legal illiteracy of drivers, and sometimes due to the reluctance of drivers to enter into dialogue with government officials and to stand for your rights. The purpose of this publication is not to change the current situation, but to teach drivers basic “rules of behavior”, to provide basic and integral knowledge that can truly be equated in importance to knowledge of traffic rules.
