On February 11, 1985, Talgat Nigmatulin, a cult Soviet film actor who played in such films as “Pirates of the 20th Century” and “The Right to Shot,” was killed, a Karate master and member of the sect, at the hands of whose adherents he eventually died. In 2003, Dima Mishenin undertook a journalistic investigation into the circumstances of this vague and tragic death, shrouded in many rumors and speculation. In 2005, the investigation was partially published in the Siberian alternative gloss Mania, and now it is being published in full for the first time.
