A catastrophe occurred in this city and those who survived became “new people.” The city now has a different name and a different life. It is closed from the outside world by two high walls with machine-gun towers. Biology teacher Veta Raskolnikova comes here from the outside, and in the twilight of the streets the second face of the city is revealed to her: eerie, inhuman. Her students are in danger. In the battle between otherworldly forces and intelligence agencies, their lives are worthless. The escape routes are blocked by the nocturnal inhabitants of the streets. A little more and Veta will be left alone with the one who controls the destinies of the local residents.
