Physics, astronomy, economics and other exact sciences are based on mathematics - this is understandable to everyone.  But the relationship between mathematics and creativity is not so obvious.  But it is much deeper and more extensive than many of us think.  Mathematics and creativity have developed parallel to each other over the centuries.  (For example, the discovery of mathematical perspective in the Renaissance led to a revolution in painting.) This book will help the reader look at some masterpieces of painting and architecture with a “mathematical eye” and try to understand the intent of their creators.
