The monograph analyzes the phenomenon of argumentation, considered not only as a logical-philosophical or rational-heuristic phenomenon, but also as an immanent property of speech communication in general, including in its everyday mode. Based on extensive empirical material and based on the results of experimental work, methods for implementing argumentation in everyday speech communication are identified, and the characteristic features of verbal argumentative behavior in various age groups are described.
