“Here’s a Dog” is a book for those families who are going to get (or have already gotten) a dog, but don’t yet have a clear idea of how to communicate with it.

The main characters are the girl Katya Umnova and her new friend, dog Zinaida. To learn to understand Zinaida, Katya decided to keep a diary of observations, and Zinaida agreed to help her with this. The result is a witty, kind, and most importantly, very useful book that answers all questions about dogs.

Thanks to “Here’s a Dog!” children will learn how to speak the same language with their beloved pet, understand what scares him and what delights him, and learn to determine the mood of his four-legged friend not only by wagging his tail.
