The first part of the novel “We Women” tells about the life of the falconer village. They say about falconers, bird warriors: “They keep their women in special villages. They also keep dogs in kennels, horses in stables and sons in mangers.” But female falconers also have their own traditions, their own legends and their own lives. Arona, the female chronicler, talks about all this.
