This book is about how the modern world works, how the world elite, the lower and extra-legal segment of which are the operators of the global criminal system (communications are provided by the intelligence services and some families of the lower and middle parts of the world elite), controls the historical process. Using the example of a partially recognized state - the Republic of Kosovo - the nature of the bandit state is revealed, it is convincingly shown how the political and economic interests and goals of Western politicians, military officers, bankers, media executives and Albanian criminal structures are inextricably linked, how together they are trying to reshape not only the modern world - its economy and geography, but also history. Opposition to the processes of criminalization, futuroarchaization and moral decay, which are actively supported by the West and directed, among other things, against Russia, is impossible without knowledge of the true nature of the modern world.
