All of Africa, the Middle East and most of Europe belong to Muslims. The former US has disintegrated into the Islamic Republic and the Bible Belt, waging continuous war with each other. The religious police are rampant and the economy is in deep decline. Christians are deprived of their rights, Jews are outlawed. Warrior-assassin Rakkim Epps does not recognize the rules of the game that the new masters of the world are imposing on him.
