Thinking about becoming a vegetarian? This diet can be dangerous for your health! Many people believe that a vegetarian or vegan diet is a life-changing decision that will benefit their overall health. For some this may be true. But for others, such a diet can be deadly. In 2007, after reading the book "Slim for Life", I decided to try the benefits of a vegetarian diet. Imagine my surprise when, after a few weeks on the diet, I realized that such a diet could destroy my health forever. My talk, Think Twice Before Going Vegetarian, highlights the pitfalls of vegetarianism. This report will open your eyes to why this type of diet - like eliminating meat - is not always the best option!
