A young business consultant, after a successful deal with a large company, decides to celebrate with an old friend and meets a young attractive journalist in a restaurant. They are unable to “divide” it among themselves, so the young people agree that the girl herself will make the choice over several dates. They will date her in turn until she chooses one. At the same time, mysterious murders occur. A former investigator, a longtime acquaintance of the journalist, is drawn into the investigation. After a high-profile serial killer case, he has problems with his mental state and communication, so he asks the journalist for help in exchange for exclusive material. A business consultant, his friend, their employers and even their parents become involved in the case, and the murders become more and more numerous. Relationships become so entangled that cutting the “bloody knot” can only be done by putting everything on the line. And it doesn’t matter that for some it’s money, for others it’s fame, and for others it’s love.
