The book presents a unique approach to international commercial contracts. The first part examines the history and methodology of unification, the results of unification of the legal regulation of such contracts in the form of international conventions, the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Agreements, and standard contracts of the International Chamber of Commerce. The second part is devoted to the practical application of the specified tools for unifying various organizational and legal methods of promoting goods to foreign markets: the requirements of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, recommendations formulated in standard ICC contracts, as well as the practice of the ICAC at the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry are considered.
