A general description is given and the characteristics of a foreign economic transaction are considered, sources of legal regulation, an international purchase and sale contract, settlements for foreign economic transactions, international financial leasing agreements, international transportation of goods, paid services, etc. A detailed commentary on the current Russian legislation on foreign economic transactions is supplemented by foreign sources regulation of international contracts. The practice of the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, and foreign judicial and arbitration practice are analyzed. Many of the sources and court decisions cited in the book are published in Russia for the first time.
