"Король попелу" - це справжній шедевр, який завершує трилогію "Охоронці" на найвищій ноті. Метью Геборі знову демонструє своє вміння створювати захоплюючі світи, наповнені глибокими персонажами та складними емоціями. З перших сторінок читач відчуває напруження та тривогу, адже битва між королівством мертвих Харонією та острівцями опору стає все більш відчайдушною. Автор майстерно поєднує елементи фентезі з глибокими філософськими роздумами про життя, смерть і людську природу. Януель, його мати та їхні союзники стають символами надії у світі, де все здається втраченим. Книга не лише розважає, але й змушує задуматися над важливими питаннями. Я б рекомендував "Король попелу" всім любителям фентезі та тих, хто цінує якісну літературу з глибоким змістом. Це завершення, яке залишає слід у серці!
