In a dark magical forest, on the border between life and death, lives Yaga Obyda - the wise guardian of Balance, guardian of the Forest and guide to Chthon. There is no one stronger in the entire Forest; she alone cuts and embroiders the fabric of existence. Her student Yarina, who is just learning the secrets of the Forest, cannot come to terms with the cruelty of the world they protect and does not want to become a yaga. In the story of Yarina's growing up, Slavic and Udmurt cosmogonic myths and legends are intertwined. Will she be able to become the successor? Will you be strong enough to resist the crafty enemies from Chthoni? Will she be able to maintain Balance? If it collapses, the world will come to an end.
