Evsey Tseytlin is a prose writer, cultural critic, literary critic, and critic. He was a member of the USSR Writers' Union, taught the history of literature and culture at universities, and emigrated twice - to Lithuania and the USA. He has been editing a newspaper in Chicago for fifteen years. The author of many books published in Russia, America, Lithuania, Germany.
