The story is banal at first glance. A young woman, Daria Shakhova, was in trouble and needed money urgently. She fell for the super advantageous offer from Prime Bank and took all her savings there. Several of the nicest people did the same. Soon the money of all investors disappeared without a trace. As, in fact, did the banker himself. Daria asked lawyer Pavlov for help. The investigation takes him into a dark and gloomy past, which gradually tears off the masks from all Prime Bank investors. And, like dirty foam, the terrible sins of people who seem decent and kind emerge. But they don’t bother Artyom so much as the invisible and elusive one who took on the role of judge and executioner of these people...

Книга "Інвестор" вразила мене своєю глибиною та актуальністю теми фінансових шахрайств. Автор майстерно створює атмосферу напруги, де кожна сторінка наповнена таємницями та несподіваними поворотами. Історія Дарії Шахової, яка потрапила в пастку шахраїв, змушує замислитися про довіру до фінансових установ і про те, як легко можна втратити все, що маєш. Персонажі прописані дуже детально, і їхні внутрішні конфлікти та страхи стають зрозумілими та близькими. Адвокат Павлов, який береться за розслідування, виявляється не тільки професіоналом, але й людиною, яка стикається з власними демонами. Книга змушує читача задуматися над моральними аспектами, адже не все так просто, як здається на перший погляд. Рекомендую всім, хто любить детективи з елементами психологічної драми та соціальної критики!
