The author of the political novel “The Genius of Evil” faced a difficult task: to portray Lenin as a political figure and as a person, his habits, his difficult character, his actions, which brought so many troubles and irreparable losses to the Russian people. As a political figure, Lenin made significant amendments to the development of world history. Fate wanted to do the opposite: the capitalist world, which we hated, took advantage of the fruits of his activities, and we remained happy only in our dreams. We were promised communism by 1980. At this time, capitalist countries bathed in luxury and made fun of our poverty. Suffice it to cite the example of little Libya and its leader Muammar Gaddafi, or, say, Denmark, where the pension of an ordinary person is $2,800 a month. There was no smell of communism either in Libya or Denmark. It turns out that Lenin unwittingly became the savior of the world, against whom he fought, trying to free peoples from the capitalist yoke by force of arms. How far the author was able to depict a portrait of Lenin using artistic imagination based on facts published on the Internet and collected in archives is for the reader to judge.< /p>
