Автор знову вдало поєднав елементи фентезі, драми та романтики, створюючи захоплюючий сюжет, який тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Відносини між персонажами, особливо між Зоєю та Рефаїмом, розкриваються з нових, несподіваних сторін, і їхнє кохання стає справжнім випробуванням для обох.
