In the summer of forty-one, our country was attacked by the strongest enemy in history... Poland fell under its blow in twenty days, France in forty-five, and Western military analysts “measured” the Soviet Union from two weeks to two months. But they all miscalculated. The war lasted for four difficult years and ended with the complete defeat of Nazi Germany. Because not only the Red Army, but also the entire Soviet people stood up against the invaders. Our contemporary, a former border guard, continues to fight side by side with our ancestors as part of the Special Purpose Division. Among its fighters are not only Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Kyrgyz, Tajiks, Uzbeks, but also Poles and even Germans, former Wehrmacht soldiers - a real international. To cause the greatest damage to the hordes of Nazis rushing into the depths of the USSR, Viktor Lyubimov leads his division to Poland in order to cut the supply routes for the invading army and free tens of thousands of Soviet prisoners of war.
