A lot has fallen on Miles Morales: the loss of his father, moving to another area to live with his grandmother, and, to top it all off, receiving superpowers. After a misunderstanding about breaking the law, he will have to answer the question of what it means to be a hero if people immediately suspect the worst in him. Empowered and free from superpowers, Miles must decide what kind of Spider-Man he wants to become. When the Vulture and a new accomplice named Starling begin to wreak havoc across the city, Miles can't stay away. Together with Peter Parker, the two Spider-Men must stop the winged duo before they spread experimental technology throughout the city.
