Зустріч з Ларрі Гроссо, який також намагається знайти своє місце в світі, додає сюжету динаміки та напруги. Різниця у віці між ними стає не лише перешкодою, а й можливістю для обох героїв зрозуміти, що справжнє кохання не знає кордонів. Книга наповнена емоціями, сміхом і навіть сльозами, а також захоплюючими моментами на змаганнях NASCAR.
