Actress Tatyana Dunaeva comes to a southern seaside town to rehearse the play “Judith and Holofernes” and at the same time inherit a house left from her grandmother. But the main reason for her appearance in the city of her childhood is to escape from a painful romance with the man of her dreams. In her grandmother’s house, strange things begin to happen to Tatyana; reality gets mixed up with dreams and visions, in which she turns out to be either her own mother or her grandmother, again and again experiencing the “bad infinity” of breaks with her loved ones. The story of the biblical Judith becomes closely intertwined with the story of Tatiana herself. Gradually, the actress understands that the women of their kind are dominated by a curse, forcing them to destroy their chosen ones morally, and even physically, and tries with all her might to overcome this curse. Is it too late?
