The laws of management apply in the women's world the same way as elsewhere. And if a woman manager is weak, inept, inexperienced, and does not have sufficient material or intellectual resources, then she more often resorts to force and coercion than a manager with greater capabilities. But force and coercion in the women's world often look completely different than in the men's world, and women perceive the advice and teachings of male managers very, very differently. She will almost always find something to object to, but often does it only mentally. Why object? She will still arrange everything as she sees fit.
