These recordings provide a unique opportunity to look into the world of a great writer, catching him in the process of formation, and eavesdrop on an endless internal monologue. Kafka's artistic world is dreamlike, unsteady, captivates the reader, draws him into a recognizable and unrecognizable space, awakens and extremely intensifies sensations that were previously hidden somewhere in the depths of his hidden self. And this is important, because Borges once said: “Kafka still gives us the code of our time.”
