The grandiose space canvas tells the story of an extraterrestrial civilization - the Zorgs, plowing the vastness of the Universe in search of developed civilizations. Zorgs are cat-people creatures of medium height, possessing intelligence, thinking and intelligence. They live on the planet Orion, in a big city. They don't watch TV, don't go to the cinema or theater. For these “workaholics” were unfamiliar with these entertainments. It was one big close-knit working community. How did the Zorgs relax? In the central square, they lit a large fire; they sang songs, danced, joked and laughed. Friendship reigned on Orion “from time immemorial.” No one envied anyone, took revenge or slandered anyone. Evil was alien to this peace-loving people. Quiet narrow streets cut through the city. There was a large fountain in the square. The walls of some houses were painted with ink and paint, where the artist depicted a panorama of Orion from different angles. The roads were made of asphalt, the sidewalk was made of marble. In the center of the city stood the palace of the King - Pliny. There was no army or police on Orion, because the Zorgs were unfamiliar with such words as war and terror...
