Any activity consists of philosophy and technology of activity. Misunderstanding or inability to carry out activities as an integral set of philosophy and technology leads to a destructive influence on this activity from the external or internal environment. On the contrary, knowledge, abilities and skills of holistic comprehension and application of philosophy and techniques of activity are the basis for high competitiveness of activity. This especially applies to production activities. The purpose of this publication is to develop regulations for the holistic engineering of production activities to create high competitiveness of activities in any living environment. A paradigm of holistic engineering has been developed based on the author's method of system technology (holistic approach). Contains a description of the set of stages of holistic engineering, rules and principles of holistic engineering, models of systems, processes and structures of holistic production. General and working formulas of the Principle of Systematicity, the rules of the Law of Systematicity and the Law of Systemic Development of Integral Production, principles of development of integral production are proposed. The regulations for the implementation of 10 stages of holistic engineering are described. The DNIF model, as well as systemic methods for calculating the ranks of spirituality and morality of production systems in the process of holistic engineering, are considered.
