Personally, I like this book for the simplicity of its presentation of information. There are no complex recipes using exotic essential oils. All recipes are simple, and the essential oils contained in them can be easily purchased both in Russia and abroad. As a practicing aromatherapist, England has outlined her recommendations in this book, which have been repeatedly tested in practice.
