This book was conceived on a narrow topic: “How I overcame my negative addiction.” However, during the writing process, I constantly had a great desire to share my knowledge and beliefs in a broader sense than the initial topic suggests. The book was “born” quite long and hard. There were periods when thoughts came in a continuous stream, and all I had to do was write them down. But sometimes I couldn’t write even two sentences. I had to force myself. Then I re-read what I had written and realized that I did not like the text that was created “under duress.” I deleted everything and started again. Not for a second did I forget about the main condition that I set for myself when starting this whole process. I must be absolutely sincere and write only the truth. Perhaps the book turned out to be “clumsy” in places, and not entirely convenient for reading in others. But the main thing is that she is sincere. My only desire before I started writing was the desire to benefit people. In the broadest sense. I wanted every person who took the time to read my book to get some benefit for themselves - even the most minimal one. It was with this thought that I began to create this book, and the same thought was in my head when I wrote the last line and put an end to the entire book. I really want you to feel this when reading.
