“Charisma” in the Greek tradition was considered a divine gift. This is an internal property of a person that gives him special qualities in the minds of other people. A person with charisma is considered by those around him to be exceptional, special; they tend to listen to him, absolutely disinterestedly defend his interests and point of view, and try to guess his desires. Any leader must have charisma to one degree or another, otherwise people will not follow him. It was once believed that charisma is a gift from above, given to a person from birth, and that it was impossible to acquire it or specifically develop it in oneself. Many people still think this way. But, as the old Russian proverb says, if you sow a habit, you will reap a character. If you sow character, you will reap destiny.
