A modest employee of an exhibition gallery becomes a hostage. She is sure that they want to kill her, and is trying to find out: by whom and for what? But the killer refuses to hand over the customer, offering to find a clue in her past. The heroine comes to the conclusion: the reason for the kidnapping may have to do with her service in Afghanistan, near Kandahar, where she lost her first love. She lived sixteen years after Afghanistan only in memory of that time and her love.
