As a child, Victoria had a bicycle on which she could cross an imaginary bridge and immediately get to where she wanted. Vic will soon find out that she is not the only one who has a “magical” thing. Maggie Lee, the owner of the Scrabble oracle, tells her about the Phantom in a black Rolls-Royce with the number NOS4A2 - Nosferatu, who has been kidnapping children for a hundred years.
