The action of this fantastic action film takes place in the distant 26th century. A mysterious invader appears on several base planets of earthlings - a non-humanoid race of xenophobes. Книга "Крокуюча смерть" вразила мене своїм динамічним сюжетом та захоплюючими битвами, які відбуваються у далекому XXVI столітті. Автор майстерно створює атмосферу напруги та тривоги, коли людство стикається з загрозою з боку таємничої негуманоїдної раси ксенофобів. Битви, що відбуваються на кількох планетах-базах, наповнені новітніми технологіями, які вражають уяву: керовані біострумами мозку бойові роботи та аерокосмолети створюють неймовірні візуальні образи. Однак, незважаючи на всі ці технологічні досягнення, книга наголошує на важливості людської сутності, що робить її ще більш глибокою та значущою. Персонажі прописані дуже детально, і їхні переживання та боротьба за виживання викликають справжнє співчуття. Я рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить наукову фантастику з елементами екшну та глибокими філософськими роздумами про людство і технології!
