Detective from the times of Ancient Rus'. The year is 941. The young Princess Olga, immediately after her wedding with Prince Igor, moves to a town allocated for her called Vyshgorod. While carrying things from the convoy to the tower, Prince Igor's wedding gift is discovered missing - a large gold chain. Boyar Asmud, appointed by Igor as uncle to the young princess, demands that all suspects be tortured. An accidental participant in the unloading of things, the young man Borich, trying to avoid the torture fire for himself and for the housekeeper Lyubava, who liked him, who was responsible for unloading and moving in, tries to find the loss on his own.
