The book by naval officer A.V. Loza tells about the combat operations of the crews of the destroyers “Razhischiy” and “Rastoropny” in the war with Germany in 1915–1916 in the Baltic; about the bloody revolutionary choice of 1917; about the tragic struggle of white naval officers and, among them, the fate of the lieutenant of the Russian Imperial Navy Bruno Sadovinsky in the North in the period 1918–1920. His fate, like a drop of water, reflected the most tragic periods in the history of the country - the First World War and the revolutionary coups, the death of officers and the collapse of the Russian fleet, the creation of white flotillas and squadrons, the brutal Civil War... He did not change his oath and accepted martyrdom!
