The peaceful life of a small Caucasian town ended suddenly: a gang of thugs descended from the mountains. Residents found themselves defenseless against the most severe lawlessness: murders, robberies, violence. Who will stop the militants? There are only three policemen in the city, but even those are mired in bribes, theft and racketeering. It is impossible to call for help - the telephone connection is “cut off”...
