Tsiolkovsky were prepared for publication by research staff of the State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics named after. K. E. Tsiolkovsky with the participation of the K. E. Tsiolkovsky Foundation. The book is illustrated with photographic documents and works of art from the collection of the State Museum of Cinematography.
