A lot has been written recently about the Warsaw Uprising of 1944 - memoirs, research, interviews with participants. This book makes an attempt to look at the origins of the Warsaw Uprising in the light of recently declassified archival documents and memories of participants in the events. The brutal suppression of the Warsaw Uprising of 1944 is nothing did not teach emigrants from the London “Polish ghetto”.
