A lot has been written recently about the Warsaw Uprising of 1944 - memoirs, research, interviews with participants. This book makes an attempt to look at the origins of the Warsaw Uprising in the light of recently declassified archival documents and memories of participants in the events. The brutal suppression of the Warsaw Uprising of 1944 is nothing did not teach emigrants from the London “Polish ghetto”. They continued to be active and considered themselves a government quite seriously. Only in emigration. But these calculations did not come true. The book tells for the first time about the Operation Seizure carried out by Soviet intelligence, as a result of which Polish adventurers left the political arena forever.
